At Quest Home Inspectors LLC, our Inspectors are licensed by the State of Wisconsin and certified by the National Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors. We are a member of the Wisconsin Association of Home Inspectors. Our reports are computer generated, include digital photographs, and can be printed onsite! Quest Home Inspectors LLC's Home Inspection Reports are also designed to be viewed online. This enables our Clients and Real Estate Professionals to view, print and or forward the completed Inspection Report. We embed informational links and home maintenance videos into our reports that can be viewed when the completed report is accessed online! This is to help educate our clients on how to properly maintain their new home and keep it top condition! Our home inspection covers over 400 points of interest throughout your prospective home. When requested, Quest Home Inspectors LLC can also perform Radon Gas Sampling and Mold Screens. The purpose of a Mold Screen is to help identify any "Red Flag" or suspect areas from within the home where mold growth may be occurring. Samples may be obtained (swab, bulk, and or air samples) from within the property. Samples are analyzed and reported on by a Nationally Certified Laboratory. A Mold Screen Report identifying mold spore levels within the property, mold type (some molds are toxic), and it's health effects will be issued after laboratory results are obtained. As always, Carbon Monoxide Gas testing is performed FREE of charge with every Home Inspection!
